When is the Common Ground end of the Year Recital?

There will be two Common Ground end of the Year Recital productions.

Show #1 is on Thursday June 15, 2023

Show #2 is on Friday June 16, 2023

All dancers will be performing in both shows.

On both nights the show will start at 5pm.

Where is the Common Ground end of the Year Recital?

Both Common Ground end of the Year Recital shows are taking place in the Harold Shenkman Hall at the Shenkman Arts Centre, 245 Centrum Blvd in Orleans.

How do I purchase tickets and is there a limit to the number of  tickets that I can purchase?

The auditorium seats 500 people therefore we are limiting the tickets to 4 per family at first in order to ensure that each dancer has an opportunity to purchase tickets

On April 15, 2023 the 4 tickets per family will be available for purchase online (link will be provided here once operational)

On May 15, 2023 we will open up the remaining tickets for purchase on a first come first serve basis.

Will there be an opportunity to take pictures of my dancer?

Parents will not be allowed back stage during the recital unless they are volunteering and we advise not to take pictures while the children are dancing.

Common Ground is holding an official picture day on Sunday June 4, 2023 where you will be able to purchase photo packages including individual and group shots for your dancer.

Will there be a dress rehearsal for the dancers?

The Common Ground end of the Year Recital dress rehearsal will take place on Monday June 5, 2023 at the Shenkman Arts Centre.

All dancers are required to be present.

What should my dancer wear for the recital?

Each dancer will be provided with a costume for each class that they participate in. The costume will come with all accessories and detailed instructions and information for parents.
