New session starts December 5ᵗʰ

Just like that the first session of the 2022-2023 season is almost done. The last classes in this session will be the week of November 28 – December 3. The Winter session runs December 5, 2022 – March 12, 2023, followed by the Spring session March 20 – June 16, 2023. If you’re already registered for a class in the current session, you’ll be automatically added to this next session. If you do not wish to be added, you must communicate with us by email or speak to a teacher.

Invoices for session 2 have gone out by email this week, if you have not received it and you don’t see it on your online parent portal account, please let us know. Payment is due by November 25ᵗʰ to avoid a late fee ($25.00), and can be made by e-transfer to info@commongrounddance.ca or you can come into the studio to process your payment in person by credit card or debit card.  There will be someone at the desk of the new studio the following times during the week of November 14-19^th:

• Monday November 14ᵗʰ 5:00-7:00 PM

• Tuesday November 15ᵗʰ 5:00-7:00 PM

• Wednesday November 16ᵗʰ 5:00-7:00 PM

• Thursday November 17ᵗʰ 4:30-7:00 PM

• Friday November 18ᵗʰ 4:30-8:30 PM

• Saturday November 19ᵗʰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Open House week of November 28 – December 3

This is an opportunity for parents to come and see what your dancer has been learning in class.  Curious about another style? Come check it out, explore the class schedule. See you there!

Zumba Party

If you are looking for a fun and exciting way to exercise and build confidence, join our Zumba party! Zumba Kids classes takes you on a journey around the world where kids will learn about different genres of music, dance, and cultures. Zumba Kids classes are on Sundays at 10:00 AM.

And why let the kids have all the fun? We offer adult Zumba classes every Sunday 11:00 AM

Holiday Season

The Holiday Season is just around the corner. Stay tuned for fun activities and treats leading up to our Holiday break between December 24 and January 8. All classes will resume on Monday January 9ᵗʰ, 2023

Second Annual Dance Recital!!!

We are busy planning our second annual recital at the Shenkman Arts Centre! Mark the following dates on your calendar,

• June 4ᵗʰ – Picture Day (at the studio)

• June 5ᵗʰ – Dress Rehearsal

• June 15ᵗʰ and June 16ᵗʰ – Show 1 and Show 2
